Customized Artwork - Wedding clients!

I am so fortunate to meet many amazing people while capturing weddings.  Todd and Michelle were no exception!  They had a very unique wedding and also had a very unique art request!  They are both particular about what they like - and it was so great to actually get a chance to create for them and what they wanted.  I took several wedding images of rings, a flower and their chocolate heart candies to create this masterpiece for them!  

The final result was a stunning 60x40 canvas ready to hang on their wall.

These two awesome folks are GETTING MARRRRRIED!

So we did engagements a while back....and tomorrow we get to celebrate their wedding day!  I'm soooo looking forward to this!  It is going to be in a building I've already been to before-  but I'm taking on all new challenges!!!  The weather looks amazing and I can't wait!!!!

This session was full of fun....silliness and many silly silly faces!  I cannot wait for the wedding day!!!

ST Louis Wedding Teasers!!!!

This is our wonderful Dr Who / Time Travel wedding!!!!
We were so honored to be entrusted with the job of capturing all the home-made details, costumes and woods settings for their day.  I have too much to say - and I can't write it all tonite - but here are some teasers....be looking out for an updated and elongated version of this story!!! WEDDING TEASERS!!!!!!! from Cape Cod!!!!

Had the MOST AMAZING time with my clients up in Cape Cod!!! It was a super amazing TWO DAY fun-filled event for friends/family. :)

I'm telling you....I had a lot of work to do, but I had SO MUCH FUN!!!!  I got my workout in for sure walking and sometimes fast-walking from place to place to place!  I eventually learned to not get lost. LOL hahahaahahahah :)

 I hope you enjoy just a SMALL PORTION of what is coming for their wedding day!!!!

Intimate White Rock Lake Wedding teasers!

in between this busyness going on...since coming home from travel....
my Grandpa Charlie passed away just over a week ago.  I have been in a flux of so much emotion, creation, work and rest.  It has been hard to get right back into the groove.

But saturday...I went to Flourish...got filled up again and encouraged....
and finished out my September with a WONDERFUL wedding out at white rock lake.

I have some AMAZING images coming from my wedding in Cape Cod, but for now...I'm stopping just for a moment to show you the teasers from saturday!

I'm so greatful to all my clients. I love that they all have unique stories and a unique love.

The clouded journey.

Have you ever been on a plane?

If not, WHY NOT?
If so, what is your favorite part?

I can share one of my favorite parts besides the takeoff.  That rush of speed throwing you back in the seat and actually the pressure giving you a massage as you are lifted up into the sky soaring over the landmasses below.

So I love looking at the varieties of CLOUDS that you can fly over.  This last week I was quite impressed with how many of the pictures came out as I was capturing these moments where your perspective is UNDOUBTEDLY changed.  The higher up you go - the smaller certain things become.  Have you noticed?

The final series from Boston and back had me in AWE.  The storm clouds were magnificent.  I couldn't keep up with our flight in those moments I was wanting to capture every formation.  It was a like a river that kept flowing for me to see and capture.  I was glued to my window without glancing away.  The moments as the sun was going down....the clouds turned into the SMOOTHEST river I had ever seen.  EVER.

Literally, some of the MOST AMAZING CLOUDS i've seen....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Folks, your perspective changes when you are flying higher!!!!  Take a look out the window and see where you are.  See things for what they really are.  See the things that are TRULY important.  These clouds were such a great reminder to me of just how AWESOME this planet is.  The fact that we get to fly over it is kinda a blessing.  I love that my vision of this world has gotten bigger simply because I chose to fly over it...and see differently.

This is my final WEDDING in the month of August.  It has been an amazing adventure into this world that we call SUMMER.  It is like another unpredictable dimension where brides & grooms are unsure of what will happen in the summer time weather-wise. :)  This wedding was no exception to unpredictability!!  To air conditioning mal-functions and a super super bright ball of light beaming into my eyes as I was shooting the ceremony.  I've known and loved this family for many years and one thing I know they can all do is have FUN in adversity. :)  The wedding turned out beautiful, fun and I found that a lot of us were seeking refuge as near to the AC as we could!!! :)  I had a great time both as a friend and a photographer working.  I absolutely adore them and adore their HAPPINESS!!!!!  Wishing them all the best in all the future....

Super cute couple and we did their engagements back in March when the weather was NOT summer.  We really really enjoyed the time down in downtown dallas and ended up in a few architectural spaces out and about.  I'm sooo looking forward to their wedding tomorrow! Should be a gorgeous day with a gorgeous celebration!!!!

ENGAGEMENT teasers! From Cape Cod MA!

Had an absolute blast driving to the Cape to find a beach to capture their engagements on!  I hope we'll get to explore a bit more when I'm there for the wedding!!! :) Had such an AMAZING trip!!!!!

We had some mini adventures here with the teasers....we got into the water...and got some waves!!!!  We also let a guy *photobomb* their image.  They are huge fans of that!  I also got to capture a lot more scenes and other things - but these are some small teasers of our time at Chappaquoit Beach. :)  My hopes are to also find a lighthouse - somewhere! :) tee hee hee hee hee!!!!
